I wrote my senator the other day & got a reply (just a regular form letter), can I share that reply with others? (like a mail list I belong to for instance) I'd like to pass the information on, but I want to find out first if that would be breaching some kind of restriction.

It is perfectly OK to pass along his/her reply. It would say it the correspondence was private and confidential.

If it is a letter sent through the mail then it is your Senator going on public record.

I do not believe you would violate any restriction or law by sharing this letter.

There isn't any restriction. Share as much as you like.
