how do you tell when your breasts are fully develpoed?
this is a random question, and i was just sorta wondering what time it occurs.
im 13.

Can always change through out your life depending on things like pregnancy, body weight, medications, etc. Don't except anything close to your adult size until about 20 years old, at that age, what ever you are, is a good reference for the rest of your life without children.

I thort mine had finished when i was about 16, but thet're still growing now im 18. i think its different for evry1 but they can carry on growing until you r like 21. Also iv lost weight and my breat size has gone up (just incase you wre thinkin id got fat)

Depends its different for everyone. Most of the time around 16-17.
