do things that she may find romantic, something where it's just the two of you, this will show that you're taking time away from friends and other people to be with her alone. Take her to an ocean, a lake or beach would be nice too, but an ocean would be better. It's a good place to be relaxed and think. Then start a conversation, tell her how beautiful she is.
Instead of going out for dinner in a noisy and busy resturant, take her to your place and cook her dinner (bonus points if you blind fold her when u pick her up and tell her she can't see where ur taking her cause it's a surpise) Afterwards, cuddle on the couch and watch a cute movie that she will like.
if it's for her birthday, get some rose pedals and make a heart huge heart out of it on your bed or something. Maybe put something she really likes in the middle of it.

Maybe for now you could just tell her that she is becoming very important in your life and that you are really glad that the two of you are together. Sometimes saying I Love You to soon can scare people, so give it a little more time before saying those 3 words. You might also be surprised, your partner may feel the same way and may also be having problems telling you how she actually feels.

There are many body languages that show how you can express love. Since you are in gay and lesbian section, i have a hunch that you are falling in love with the same sex. Some amount of actions may just be understood as friendship only when it comes to that; so, take courage to express your feelings in words or through letters if you really cannot say it.

show her with little things to show that you're thinking of her... making her favorite food... nice e-mails during the day... ask her things and really listen to what she has to say... but really, there's nothing quite like the words to really, really say it. if it's easier, don't come right out with "i love you..." but maybe "i think i'm falling in love with you" or something... doesn't sound that different, but for some reason it can be easier to say.

please, just be honest
if you want to say it, and this person is decent and kind
please just gently, lean over, and whisper..."I love you."
It may make their day......
If they are not ready yet....you will know, but if they run,...then maybe they just aren't the one for you to begin with
two months is long enough to know if you really care about someone or not..(sometimes), and the important thing here, is..."you know that you care".... take a chance if you feel so inclined
good luck
nothing says "I love you" like those three little words said aloud to someone you care for

Talk to her. about happy/good things. as a routine.
And also tell her good/nice things about her. And have affections like hugging and touching hands.
