I'm not knocking Britney for the problems she has, I'm just asking for your opinion.

I feel that Britney Spears will not go down the same path as Anna Nicole Smith because of one main reason: Britney Spears is surrounded by people who truly care for her and have her best interest in mind, like her family and friends. Anna Nicole Smith did not seem to have this same type of support from anyone. For instance, Howard K. Stern would actually give Anna Nicole drugs (he says he would do it to make sure she wouldn't overdose, but if he truly cared about her life, wouldn't he have just not given them to her at all?) Overall, I hope that Britney Spears can turn her life around, she is young and with a little bit of help and guidance and focus, I feel she can get back to a normal state of mind and live a happy life.
Everyone is entitled to have a breakdown in their life, no one is perfect! We must all learn from ours and others mistakes!

Good question - a star from me.
Britney is switched to self destruct. If she was an ordinary member of the public, she would be taken off the street and Sectioned under the Mental Health Act for her own safety.
But she has family and friends around her. They seem to be standing idly by. Her mother is trying to look after her children. But she should be putting more pressure on her to get back into the clinic and get sorted.
My heart bleeds for poor Britney - what she was, and what she now is.....

I think she will turn her life around. She is young, has talent and has a family who love her. Anna Nicole Smith had none of this.

Keep of the drugs britney and stay clean, no wonder she is screwed up, also change of so called friends is a must.

Well if she can stay in rehab longer than 24 hours then she may have a little bit of hope. but that girl has some major issues to work out and rehab don't help everything.

I think she can turn her life around! Her mother and sister had an intervention and Britt went back to Rehab. She just needs to settle down,raise her kids and then go out and party!

no and yes i hope so! she never got over her split with her ex, Justin. would love to see them back together. who knows what wed do if we had her money, media attention and no privacy. don't believe all that's printed in the papers, shes a real person with feelings too.are you morally right in all you do, would you want all your actions to become worldwide knowledge. judge your self first then lay blame on others.
