What directions do the king in the checkers game move

Diagonally, just like the regular pieces, except they can move either towards you or towards your opponent.

In checkers, when you are kinged, a king can move foward AND back but can still only move diagonally like regular pieces.

kings can move any where. foward and backward. Once u have a king you can move it any where
