im not getting the right amount of bandwith?

Question

i am supposed to be able to download at 128 kilobytes per second but im only getting 90 kbs capping. I know its not just the internet website limmit becouse if i download 2 things they both will added up to only 90 kbs.

does any one know how i can get the remaining 30kbs?

That is the proposed bandwidth, what you get depends on distance from ISP Servers, Internet Traffic, etc. Mine is supposed to be 1.5 Mbps, and I have it tweaked to 1.49 ( Maxed Out ) and I'm in Kentucky and my ISP is based in South Dakota.. All websites will reflect a different bandwidth when downloading, it will even drive you crazy, That's the game of Internet....
