Her mother is from Texas, but ANS hasn't lived there in forever, so the courts there won't touch it, and since she was an adult, her mother can't force them to order it.
And now since a**hole Stern has gotten "custody" of the body, I doubt if we'll ever get any testing done.
I fully agree with ANS's mother, if he's the father, why is he so reluctant to give a spit sample to determine paternity. ANSWER: He probably isn't the father and he knows it, but if it's proven, then he will be cut totally out of any chance at the inheritance from her estate, PLUS, the still-in-dispute inheritance from her marriage to the millionaire. And he's blocking everyone else's testing because that would actually prove who is the real father and it probably isn't him.
I also agree with her mother, that since a**hole Stern was in the vicinity of both ANS and her son when they died, and now he's blocking any chance to prove him not the father of the baby, that he has planned and somehow pulled off the perfect set of murders or suicides, that look accidental, but firmly and completely grant him total power and control over all the eventual money. All this due to him being in control of the baby's future, ANS's body, no son in the way, and no way other than going through him to prove that he's not the father, and he ain't budging on that!!!
