The way you get freckles is by being in the sun, summer or winter. The more sun, the more freckles. Either wear a very good sun screen and include your arms and shoulders when you apply and stay out of the sun as much as possible.

use a sunscreen w/ the highest spf. for your freckles, get those microdermabrasion treatments.
