Well, I'm married, so I'm no longer a "playa". However, IF I was in the market, I'd have to say this is what I'd be looking for:

1. Great sense of humor-It's just critical. I wouldn't want a woman that was stiff with no sense of humor.

2. Reasonably intelligent-I wouldn't want a genius (they're often weird) but I don't care how good looking a woman is, if she's a twit, thanks but no thanks.

3. Takes pride in their appearance-That doesn't mean they wear evening gowns every night but when they go out, they try to look presentable.

4. Kind hearted-I like a woman with a kind heart. I don't think I would want some shrill harpie with a vicious streak.

5. Looks are nice and in a perfect world, a nice rack would be perfect but that stuff fades in time. I remember years ago when I was still single, one of the girls that I was most fond of was nothing to write home about looks wise (Not ugly but just OK looking) but had a GREAT personality and was hilarious to be with. It didn't work out (she became a drug addict and found that she liked her drugs better than me) but while it lasted, it was almost magic.

I can't speak for everyone but that's what works for me.

Originally I suspect that most blokes would admit to looking for a quiet hard working nymphomanic, who will knock up the odd nice meal now and then ... If we knew what attracted us, or you knew what turned you on, then we wouldn't be sitting here discussing how long a piece of string is would we.

Fun to be with, good sense of humour, realistic expectations (that goes for men too, stupid tv), attractive, confident in most ways but vulnerable in others so we can look after you and feel useful, good sex drive (willing to please and be pleased), adventurous, faithful........thats about it! Altough for a long term relationship the chemistry just has to be there and there's no way to quantify that! Man, now if I could just get me a woman like that.......!!!

A woman who has the total package. What can she bring to the table to equal what the man can offer. Is she selfish on many levels, or can she give just as much as she wants to recieve? It's not about "look at me, look at me...It's about complimenting each other with genuine equality.

I have good wife ,but would like to change somethings ,like her shyness ,inhibitions ,fear of new things ,other wise it very good union.
