ares doesn't have all the titles jus wondering if there is anywhere else that is virus and spyware free that i can get comics from?

No I wouldn't, because I happen to enjoy Civil War. But your question does raise some interesting points. If super heroes are more powerful than any government than why shouldn't they over throw the government and take over the world? They wouldn't because as heroes they are sworn to uphold the law. But what to do if the law happens to be unjust, should they uphold it? That is the conflict that is seen in Civil War, you have one group of heroes who are following the law, and another group that doesn't believe in it and have chosen not to follow it. For years the Marvel Universe has been in a state where the super hero community is not unified, where heroes do mostly what they want and consider themselves "loners". This is a sharp contrast to the DC universe where if you have powers you pretty much have a card as a reserve JLAer. Because of that we have the Civil War of today. I think the process could be much smoother in the Marvel universe, but what's the point of reading a comic book where there's no conflict.
