No. He already served his 2 terms. But I tend to agree with you. He was much better than Bush & I miss him too. They made too much of a big deal about the Monica incident which should have stayed between him & his wife.

No, he can't; at least the way the Constitution and its amendments read today. However, I believe he has publically stated that he'd not take the job on, again, even were it possible.
Now, as for becoming First Man in the White House, that's a whole different matter. With the Clintons in politics you get the whole sandwich - Bill and Hillary - whether you want it or not.

Bill Clinton is a very likeable guy.He has charm and also a lot of good qualities and did accomplish positives for this country while he was President But He Lied to Congress, lied to the Impeachment Committee and to the American people.he was in fact attempting to take the easy way out or so he thought. Was attempting to avoid taking responsibility for his actions. That is not what we expect from the President of this country and should not be tolerated by someone who has so much power and deals with world affecting issues. I doubt that if he had admitted his affair anything would have happened to him and believe the American People would have forgiven him-many President's had outside their marriage affairs.President Kennedy(whom I admired and was a very effective President,Pres.Dwight Eisenhower-had affair with his secretary and even Pres.Thomas Jeffereson???(not sure if Pres.) had affair with a female slave. If a president lies to the Superior Court Judges or if anyone lies to them pretty serious-he shouild have eaten some humble pie instead for hes also not the only President to lie I like Bill Clinton too and did not condem for his actions with Monica-didn't think THAT Big of a deal.

Oh my goodness, I hope not. He was a horrible representative for our country, and a very shady man. You should read up on some of the things that he has done. I agree that Bush hasn't made the country any better, but despite what the media and the internet claims, he is a very educated man, having graduated from Yale.

Look at the bright side: neither Bill Clinton, nor G.W. Bush, can ever run again without a new Constitutional Amendment stating they could.

Not unless there is a Constitutional Amendment.
You admit that he tells lies, but you say he seems honest? Wow you liberals never cease to amaze me.
