Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we. And the purely visual one where he couldn't get off a stage - he tried to go through a painted scenery door!

As for us Brits falling about laughing about 'merkin' - it's the first I've heard of it!
