Multiply each grade by the weight factor, sum them up. Divide that total by the total number of course weighting factors. So…

Math courses:
3 x 89
English courses:
3 x 92
History courses:
2 x 94
Science courses:
2 x 81
Art courses:
1 x 85

Sum of course weighting factors:
3 + 3 + 2 + 2 + 1
=11

Sum of weighted grades:
(3x89) + (3x92) + (2x94) + (2x81) + (1x85)
You do this calculation. Then divide your result by 11 (sum of the weighting factors).

I hope this comes out!

Multiply the mark by the weighting.
Add all of them together.
Divide by the number of weightings

geo: 89*3=267
lit: 92*3=276
hist: 94*2=376
bio: 81*2=324
sculp85*1=85
Total of marks is 978
total marks divided by total weightings
978/11 = 88.90909091
