how can i delete internet shortcuts?

You mean favorites? Open favorites and organize

click on one shortcut to highlight it then press the control key and click on the rest of them, the press the right mouse click and click delete

Right Click on them and then click the option to delete.

go on ur desktop and rigt click the shortcut then click delets
