Synonyms on Microsoft Word?

On Microsoft Word, after I right click on a word, and go down to synonyms, nothing shows up. Is there any way that I can change it back? The Office Assistant didn't help, and neither did their website.

maybe there is no synonyms for that word

highlight the word and press alt+F7, it nothing comes up no synonyms.
