I work with insulation and have to wear a face mask. I tend to get blown insulation and glass in my eye and let me tell you it sucks. I have tried glasses, goggles all kinds of stuff but they become totally fogged within 20 seconds because my breath goes everywhere because of the mask spreading my breathe out. Any suggestions what I can do?

I've used the auto windshield product called Rain-X. Works great for chemical goggles, diving goggles and so on.

If your breathe is getting out, dirty is getting in, if its out through the filters, how is it making contact with your goggles?. I'm not sure you have your mask fitted properly. Use a mask and separate goggles, but use goggles, not just safety glasses. No air in or out. Or you could try anti-fog windex, vasoline or spit on them.

Well seeing your not a skin diver I guess spitting it them won't work. I would suggest some wax on the inside and see if that helps. Like furniture wax something easy to rub on and rub off.

Sounds a little gross but if you spit on the inside of the lenses and rub it around the entire surface with your finger they won't fog up on you.
