There's no special way to make twins, it is just something your body may possibly do at random. However, if you are on any sort of fertilization medication or treatment, then you do have a higher chance of twins. But still no guarantees.

Identical happens by a freak of nature, when the fertilized egg splits into two identical embryo.
Fraternal twins happen when more than one egg is fertilized at a time. A normal woman's cycle produces one egg each month, thus making it difficult to have twins. Although sometimes nature has it's way of releasing more than one egg, the easiest way is to take fertility drugs which tell your body to make more than one egg, so there's more chances for more babies.

Also, you'll need to have been trying to get pregnant for over a year before dr's will even consider fertility treatments.

wellllll that might be a little tricky considering you can't really control it.
however, if you are a twin, or one off your parents was, you could probably have a greater chance.

There is NO way to make twins.
If you are diong inveetro fertilazation there is a chance of multiable births.
But, no way to MAKE it happen.
