Let's see:
1) Bush isn't a resident of NY (I know that didn't stop Hildabeast, but GWB has ethics).
2) He has not expressed Any interest in ever being a mayor.
3) NY is very liberal.

So no, he won't.

He will go back to his ranch & if the MLB commissioners job opens up, he may well go there.

I think that President Bush likes Texas much better than New York City. I'm sure he will just go back to the ranch for a while; he wouldn't be too safe in New York City, is anyone safe in New York City?

I'm personally hoping he will go back and live on his ranch. And I'm hoping I can get invited to hang out there. But I doubt he's interested in being either the mayor of NY or inviting me to hang out at Crawford.

Why would a sitting President 'run' a mayoral race?

Depends on whether he's gonna try and run for a third term in presidency. Don't overestimate his intelligence, he's dumber than you think. If he's not, then no. If so, then he should go back to school and try to get at least a B. And still no.

Would he even want to? Let's see, 8 million people jammed together, perfect target for terrorists (again), pretty much only apartments, and I don't think he wants to go to a place tainted by Hilary. So I would say, I don't think so.
