At 115 pounds, you are definitely not to heavy!

your bases need to work with weights to increase their flexibility and stamina. i currently have 4 bases that can lift a 125 pound girl, but we weight train. we usually don't use our 125 pound girl, but she is able to perform a couple of stunts that our younger lighter girls can not do...so to accomplish this, our bases had to be stronger.

To help them, you need to practice on balance and form. incorrect form can make the bases job harder to do. make sure that you can hold your stance for 20 or more seconds on the ground before attempting it in air. No wobbles/bobbles. stick your motions without excess jolting action.

To pull up easier, you should practice lunges and crunches. we also use pilates to help strengthen the core muscles.

good luck to you!

115 is a really good weight for a flyer, if I were you I'd work out and build up some more muscle tone and you'll have an easier time 'pulling' up. Perhaps you and the bases should work on your stunt routine a bit more until they get better at being the bases. The more you guys work on it the better you'll be.

Hope that helps!
God Bless!!

115 is hella light. They are probably just really weak and/or jealous.
