Huh? What?

Turn the music down.. I played and still play music. When I was a kid, 35 years ago. I had Stacks of amps. My ears would ring for days. .Now. I play with better equipment.. but tend to use ear plugs.. First go get your hearing checked. That way they can determine whether or not you have and damage to your ears. .

Okay? Did you hear me? Good luck!

Hearing damage is permanent. Only a hearing aid can restore the ability to hear after that.

The damage is permanent because the little hairs that translates sound into impulse is your brain recognizes as sound have been broken. High tones tend to go first.

However if you have been listening to loud music then you're hearing may come back after a day or so. The hairs may not actually be broken but just laying down almost permanently.

Loud music is one of the primary causes of hearing loss in teens

Not really… Unlike muscles, or your eyes (which carrots help out only a little) your ears have no improvement aides – unlike the answers before about hearing aides. Your goal with hearing is to slow down its loss since you cannot actually enhance it. Loud music and constant exposure to noise increases your hearing loss. In addition, inserting things, (cotton swaps, house keys, or otherwise) into the ear too far can also lead to expedited inner ear loss. So, you want to try to hold back hearing loss as long as possible – but there is no way that I know of to enhance it other than the help of a hearing aid as I said earlier.

You can't improve your hearing. Once the damage is caused, it's permanent. Try not to listen to music with the volume turned up high (that CAN cause damage to the ears). Maybe see an audiologist and get a hearing test done, and talk with the audiologist of how to protect your hearing and keep it from getting worse.

Don't play music at a very high volume, especially on headset. Get a hearing test, wear ear plugs, or wear a hearing aid.

I think you should go to a hearing doctor to get that checked out or you need to cut the music down
