batman. no contest about it. he's way to smart for wolverine to fight with.

Well Batman, might not have superpowers or anything super human. But if you read JLA you'll see he beat the crap out of the white martians who by the way beat the crap out of SUPER MAN , WONDER WOMAN, GREEN LANTERN, AQUA MAN, THE GREEN MARTIAN ETC. And he knows hows to kill all of the JLA members. The only match he has would be Captain America.
On the Other hand WOLVERINE, being my favorite character from the comics. Wolverine can go at it for hours and just get back up. The only way to kill him would be drowning him or cutting his head off. I wonder how long would it take batman to figure thid out. and if he does I think he'll find a way to Suffocate Wolverine cause it'll be kinda impossible to cut his head off due to the ADAMANTIUM skeleton.
As much as I hate to say it I think Batman would win.

Wolverine. I would have said it would depend on how the fight started, whether Batman knew about it beforehand and had time to set anything up, but I can't think of anything Batman could do that could change the outcome: Logan wins.

Wolverine, Batman might have a bunch of cool gadgets, but he doesn't have the power to heal as fast as Wolverine.

Let me tell you guys a lil something that happened on some comics: One of the Green Lantern students, Green Arrow, shot superman with a kriptonyte arrow. While superman was suffering the effects of the kriptonyte inside his body, Batman appeared and started punching superman, and beat superman to death. And this all was Batmans plan to kill superman, and it worked. Superman is "the man of steel" but Batman was way smarter.
Sure, Wolverine is strong and has adamantium and fast healing ability and all that... And don't take me wrong, I'm a HUGE x-men fan (specially logan) but I think Batman would find a way to win, someway or another.

OK its finally time for people to realize that batman is just a rich spoiled guy HIS SUPERPOWER IS TO BE RICH all he does is buy expenseive gadgets and cars and bat planes and crap. He can afford to throw special bat boomerangs and grappling hooks away like trash because hes rich. Wolverine would cut him to peices all batman can do is punch and his stupid armguards wouldnt stop the claws
