I play soccer a lot and when I want to work on my stamina, I try and mimic game play as much as I can while running. I jog on a track that is 1/9 of a mile and I job 2 laps lightly and run the 3rd fast because in soccer you are constantly jogging around and ever once in a while you need a burst of speed. I do this for a mile just as a warm up before I lift. Doing it this way, your heart rate will stay up and it will help I think. When I just go running I run about 3 miles and gradually increase my speed as I go until I'm in a full sprint about 50 yards from the finish. Also practice sprints and lift weights. Squats and calf raises as well as working out your hamstrings are good ways to strengthen your legs. Do crunches as well to keep your core strong.

Erick, at your age there is no real need for supplementation. Make sure that you eat 5 to 6 meals a day. Eat good sources of protein and fat. Carbohydrates should be of the complex form. The only exception to this would be the use of some simple carbs before you work out. The reason for this is that the body will process this into fuel immediately. This will drive up the insulin into the muscles causing more growth. As for your schedule you need another day of rest in there. If you are going to train the lowers with both weights and stamina there will be an erosion of performance in both. The muscles are going to need rest between bouts to that they may recover.

to increase your speed and stamina try doing the beat test which is a test which you run from one side of the small area like 5 meters back and forth during a ceratin time like 2 minutes seeing how many laps you do. then increase area and decrease time when you think you need to do so.
