It' means either:

1. You have a flat tire, or it's very low on air.
2. You need a front-end alignment even if your tires are ok on air.
3. All of the above.

It could be a number of things, check to be sure your lug nuts are tight, tire could be bad any bulges? Tie rod end or ball joint could be loose. Wheel bearing? Take it to a repair shop or if you can and are willing Jack up that side of the car, block the rear wheels, and wiggle the tire side to side or up and down to see if you any play in it. Have someone help you, to lok at what might be wrong.

you gotta take it in to get fixed. it sounds like your ball joint is out which is extremely dangerous. it also leads more problems with the suspension, which runs pretty expensive to be repaired. you shouldn't even drive it in the condition it's in. your putting yourself in danger. it will probably be a couple hundred with labor, but it also depends on the make and model of the car. if it was a just a bubble in the tire it wouldn't be shaking that violently nor would it make the thumping sound.

It sounds like a belt slipped in the tire. Switch the left and right front tires and see if the symptoms switch sides. If so get a new tire.

First thing I would say is you have a bad tire or a badly bent rim and it sounds like it is out of alignment too.

Get your alignment checked and also make sure the tire rod isn't bent..or just simply go get a tune up.

It sounds like a bad tie-rod end to me. You better get that fixed a.s.a.p. or it could cause a serious accident.
