You have done all that you can do. You need to tell your parents about what happened and let them handle it. You especially need to let them know how your head hurts. It might be something that needs a visit to a physician.
Also, you should not have received a write up for being a victim. That also needs to be addressed by your parents when they visit your school.
Best luck.

howdy--first of all, sturdy luck!! i'm a senior this twelve months, yet I unquestionably keep in mind the rigidity and excitement I felt for my first day as a freshman. xD To be honest, this isn't all that distinctive from midsection college. specific, there are a collection of distinctive young little ones who're older than you presently, yet you nevertheless have your undemanding instructions with the addition of a few greater advantageous curriculars, nevertheless consume lunch a pair of million/2 way interior the direction of the day, the lecturers nevertheless flow over an analogous regulations for the college room, and so on. the expectancies are in hassle-free terms a sprint bigger. i'm specific you will do superb!! In regard on your different question, i think of it relies upon on your highschool, as nicely as which instructions you're taking. as an occasion, my freshman twelve months, I took Geometry, that's usually a sophmore classification, yet I had already taken Algebra a million... so there have been some sophmores, as nicely as some juniors who had failed geometry in my classification as quickly as I took it. additionally, some instructions including band and spanish, artwork, laptop technology, and so on had another grade ranges in them as nicely. this isn't so undesirable having bigger classmen on your instructions. as quickly as back, sturdy luck, be your self, and attempt to have relaxing. do no longer enable the rigidity shop you down. i actually savor extreme college, and freshman twelve months wasn't so undesirable; shop your chin up and you gets throuhg the twelve months basically superb. =)

I think this is one of those incidents where the teacher and principal are trying to give the boy the benifit of the doubt. If it happens again he should be suspended, and if he isn't, I would go talk to the superindendent.

AWESOME!!! MY FAVORITE SUBJECT IS WELL PRACTICEd HERE!!
okay you could sooooo do much more for him doing that to you on purpose. no child/kid is allowed to touch you in any physical way (ANY)this is a civil case where you'd most likely win really, for "accidental injuries" (well here its purposely) but if he seriously hits you again and you get even slightly injured, you can sue him.(you'll be payed for pain and suffering)

Have your parents casually tell the school administration they feel they should seek legal advice and then see if the school doesn't say how high when they say jump.
