Not just any kind of people but, if all child molesters, rapists, and murderers were to get death sentences with a fair trail, then heck......why not??? I think we would all sleep a little better at night. But then again (using a typical situation) some 19 year old girl who is on her cell phone and kills a kid in the street (with her large SUV her daddy gave her) because she wasn't paying attention and didn't see the kid running after the basketball.... would probably raise the topic on what kind of murderers. So, at best, it's probably good for the courts to decide who dies on command.

I can't think of any reason to kill someone. I don't even like capital punishment. I believe only God has the absolute right to take someone's life.

The closest feeling I ever have of wishing someone dead is when I hear of someone sexually abusing a child or torturing a child or killing a child.

When a child is treated in any of the above ways, I do believe they should be locked up forever with no chance of parole. Often times, depending on the cruelty inflicted on the children, my wishes for punishment of these pedophiles get pretty wild, such as nailing their privates up to a wall and leaving them there.

Sorry!

Differentiate between killing and murder.

If an armed gunman breaks into my house; I will gladly unload the whole magazine in him; and guess what it is all nice and legal, At least in my state (I hear North Dakota is considering making a law requiring you to run first and fight only when you can't run). So there are several instances where it is justifiable homicide.

Yes. And the list consists of, but is not limited to:

1. People who use cell phones while driving (my wife, I'm looking at you.)

2. People who stop in the middle of the aisle at the store

3. People, who think strangers care about their religion, kids' pictures, political views, etc...

4. The cast of the OC, The Hills, Laguna Beach, and anyone on a reality show on Bravo.

5. People such as myself, who leave loooonnnnngggg
answers on Y!A.

6. Milli, but not Vanilli

Feel free to add to this list.

Your question: do you think killing people should be legal? This is quite a nebulous statement. You don't put it into any context. Do you mean just killing anyone you please or the death penalty? Do you mean killing in war? or killing your neighbor because you don't like him/her? Could you please take a little more time & be a bit more precise in what you are asking?

Only when found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury of their peers and sentenced to such a fate under the terms of the law or when defending our country against hostile nations.

In some cases, it is legal. If you're in the service, you are a trained killer. But on a regular day to day basis, no, absolutely not.
