It really depends on who you're with.
I find that my female friends feel sexier wearing black pants and high heels because of what those type of clothing infer. Heels are associated with expressing one's sexuality. Black pants are sleek as well. I find however that no matter what the clothing is, a confident person is always the sexiest.

jeans, most guys that i know find women hot in jeans, but with the right black pants you can feel sexy with heels jdut dress it up some. but never can go wrong with jeans!
