If you put your vitamins in vinegar and they desolve fairly quickly... they are good vitamins. Is that true?

No. It does mean that you'll absorb what vitamin content is there, though. Buy vitamins in vegetarian-safe gel capsules only, and buy from a respectable brand. You're trying to give your body a boost; Why skimp and buy the cheap *** stuff that won't dissolve and will end up giving you amazingly expensive piss?

Liquid vitamins don't have to dissolve at all. THey are immediately bioavailable. Write back, I can point you to some.
