Is it possibole to trade the pokemon from gold/silver to ruby/sapphire/emerald? Im trying to get an Eevee if any one knows how to get it in the emerald please let me know ???

to get an eevee for ruby/saphire your going to have to trade for one from either fire red or leaf green..

kinda sucks doesnt it?

No. Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald are only for GBA/DS while Gold and silver was from the Gameboy/Gameboy Color generation, so you can't trade between versions.

Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Fire/Leaf can be traded into Diamond and Pearl

yes u can trade Between u and a friend with out wifi all u got to do u and a friend have to got up stars in the pokemon center and u can talk to the lady behind the counter she will ask u do u want to trade and then she will do u want to save and will will say yes. u and u friend have to do this. this is were u can trade ur pokemon and battle at.

The first and second generation (R/B/Y/G/S/C) are not compatible with the third and fourth generation (R/S/E/FR/LG/D/P). To get an Eevee, you'll have to trade one from FR/LG. You have to go to the Celadon Mansion from the back entrance and reach the top of the building. Eevee is inside a Pokéball at the small room.

No you cannot, that was the point of fire red and leaf green as to get the missing pokemon.
