Anything can break or stretch your hymen because it is a thin layer of membrane. Everyday and ordinary active activities can break/stretch your hymen naturally like sports, all kinds of exercises like yoga and Pilates, using a tampon, masturbating, riding a bike, climbing a tree, etc. and some girls aren't born with one. A presence of a hymen isn't a indicator of virginity because not every virgin bleeds the first time.

all kinds of things can break it or stretch it beyond recognition. I broke mine when I was young doing the splits at home, I was a gymnast. I'm pretty sure that's what happened, I felt a rip and I was bleeding. YEARS before my period though. I'd been climbing trees earlier that day and my Mom told me I had just cut myself on the tree and then torn it open. Maybe that is what happened? Don't know, don't remember well.

If you still have one, and if you were born with one to begin with. But stretching and breaking are entirely different things. And the presence or absence of a hymen has nothing whatsoever to do with virginity.

you are TRYING to break it? haha. yes, exercise and even riding a bike will break it...most girls break it without trying just doing normal activites.
