I usually take a nice long hot bath with scented candles. It's soothing.

I roll up my trooser legs, tack aff me shoes and socks and soak ma feet in hot basin of water with some of grannies secret potion in it. Ah pour meself a slug of Bushmills whiskey, put on me audio eyemask that plays the celtic vibes/dolphin music/sounds of waterfalls. Or if that's too much bother eh'll just kick the cat.

After we put the kids to bed, I love to smoke a bowl, play on my computer and listen to Howard Stern on Sirius.

work out for like hour and a half, maybe two, gets me tired and relaxed then nice long hot shower, till theres no more hot water, and everyones screamin at me, but it feels gooooooood
