why'd shanon moore move to smackdown? Was it because of the cruiserweight championship? If so he is way out of his league?

Oh wow they made him move, I was wondering why I didnt seem him on ECW. Hm not really sure, I don't think he's out of his league though I mean he's been wrestling basically all his life right? So then I'm sure he'll do fine.
