Is it possible to get a house starting at 4 grand in the bank.?

If I continued working over at my new location fulltime with reasonable pay. Then, put a down payment. Is it possible that I will do fine, paying other bills as well, of course? I will have housemates with me, hopefully.

Assuming a decent credit rating and sufficient income. It is POSSIBLE to get a mortgage with ZERO down. Much more information is required to advise you if it is wise.
