read this
your body hormones are secreted in Circadian rhythm . means there is fluctuation in the secretions during thr 24 hours . Highest concentration of body hormones will be in the early morning of each day . if you spend this period sleeping surely there will be disturbance in your body functions . also some hormones are belived to be secreted intensely at night during sleep . staying up late will make disturbance in their functions .

Also dont ignore the psychological aspect . if wake up late after time you might get depressed . you are supposed to wake up early to see the day light and the sun rising in the sky . gives you some hope in a brand new day . i am not a poet . this is true .
