is there someone in the world that has the same physical characteristics as some on else?

I agree. The only "exact same" physical characteristics are in identical twins. There are a lot of people out there that have very similar features, especially if they are siblings or people who have similar heritages, but they cannot be exact.

I've heard of there being a person the same as you phrase it and then too I heard there is a opposite.
