No limos . Something fun big and crazy but not too expensive . kind of like a 16th birthday but not very expensive .Has to be Big Bash !!!!!!!!!!

Don't watch MTV's My Super Sweet 16 or you will be really depressed that you can't hire a band, rent a hotel, and make your entrance in a helicopter!
But it can still be fun, in fact I think a fun theme would be My Super Sweet 13. You can make fun of that TV show by having everyone recieve a car with a big, oversized bow (only it would be a hotwheels car) and the celebrity guests can be your parents or someone dressed up as a famous band. You can change your clothes every 20 minutes, and throw a few birthday temper tantrums. Get a chocolate fountain...not very expensive, but lots of fun!

how about a bonfire at the beach with a hawaiian theme. 13 is kind of an important age, but not really. I'd save the big one for 16.

First of all you should decide on how many people you would like to invite . (Girls, boys, or both). Next you could decide on a theme (If you'd like). If you are just inviting girls, you could go to the mall, do makeovers on each other, and watch movies with popcorn. Some good snacks are, chips, pop, a fruit bowl, candy, chips and cheese, cookies, ice cream and fudge, and crackers.
