Yes, just get a bluetooth dongle and plug it into a usb port.

yes but with xp por it don't usually work correctly , if it a cellphone you want to connect via bluetooth , you will need their software ,and a bluetooth dongle ,which I found that igo gears works the best , and it comes with widcomm bluetooth software which you will need to pair the phone with the computer , but heres a link , i found their the cheapest for the software .

yes you can get a blue tooth stick which gos in your usb port. most computer shops sell them
