How do I put music from Windows Media Player to iTunes?

All at once. I'm computer stupid so I need good instructions.

I don't know what folder my songs are in..........

Nope, it's not under "music."

Ok, I've got 'em all in the same place now. How do I select all of them to add them to the iTunes library?

while in itunes, click 'file'
select 'import'

then go to the folder where all of your music is kept
select the files you want in your itunes and click open

in respone to additional details,
your music will most likely be in a folder labled 'music'
this folder can be found in another folder 'my documents' which is under the c: drive in my computer
