While not "warm blooded" in the sense that a mammal is, some fish have body temperatures warmer than the surrounding water. They are very fast swimmers that use muscle contractions as a way of elevating their body temperature. Tuna is one fish that can do this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuna

No fish could be warm blooded, if it was then it would be a mammal like a whale.
