It's a one with 100 zeros after it. i.e. 10^100.

Just by way of additional useless information, a 1 with a googol of zeros after it is called a googolplex.

i believe it is the digit one (1) with exactly one hundred (100) zeros (0) behind it . not quite sure, and i can see if you had problems looking it up. try math homework help on a search engine. some sites give you gimongus lists of just definitions.
