i am constantly worrying that what i do wont be right or will be judged by other people. i never really know what to wear, and will stress about what i am wearing if there is some sort of dress code or dress up. i feel like this stems from a complete lack of confidence i have with myself. i will feel so bad about what people may think, i will not go to the party at all, or leave before i get there. how can i feel more confident in who i am and what i am doing and just stop worrying about everything so much? people always say just take it easy, stop worrying, but i cant, because those thoughts just keep going around in my mind

Its normal for a lot of us to go through the same stress you go through with all the fussing about insignificant things. So dont worry so much . Pick out a nice outfit, andyou know if you look good or not. Just be yourself. Have a nice smile on your face whereever your going and automatically youll be at ease. bettyk

Paranoia. Stop it. It will eat you up inside and kill you.

This worry may have stemmed from your childhood; being surrounded by adults with narcissistic behaviour.

I'd suggest you either consult a spiritual healer, or a psychiatrist.
