it gets sad when someone changes the game diving in the box, the refs cant always see so its not there fault. players faking injuries , i play football and watch it, players admitt they fake , this is a disgrace to the sport, grown men throwing down themselves, no other sport would tollerate this.......

I can't agree with you more, however, it can be tough move to call. A ref has to use his best judgment to determine whether a player actually dived or actually was tripped/pushed/etc. A ref can never be completely sure, so they call what they can. They're doing what they can to eliminate stuff like this from happening, but since it is such a tough call, it's going to be hard to completely rid the game of it.

If a player is found diving after the game due to video evidence then these are the fines:

Dive in Box for penalty - 5 game ban
Dive to get someone sent off - 3 game ban

That will cut out diving altogether. Managers like Ferguson, Wenger & Mourinho will not allow diving to happen.

When a player is down from a suspicious tackle and appears injured he should leave the field for 5 or 10 minutes with the tackler.
I know it would ruin a few games but I bet it would make players think before making the tackle and also the divers.

Absolutely with you there mate. There should be a stricter rule against diving. It's hard to see who's faking injury too... But what kind of football would it be without the drama. :)
