(x²)-³(x-²) / (x²)^-4 =
x^-6 * x-² over x^-8 =
x^-8 /x^-8 = xº = 1
Answer: x = 1

(x^2)^-3(x^-2) / (x^2)^-4
= (x^-6)(x^-2) /x^-8
= x^-8/x^-8 = 1

(x^2)^-3(x^-2) / (x^2)^-4

first i will use parenthese to make thing s more readable

[ (x^2)^-3(x^-2) ] / (x^2)^-4

= (x^2)^4 / [ (x^2)^3(x^-2) ]
= (x^2)^ [ 4 /3(x^-2) ]
= (x^2)^ [ 4 (x^2) / 3 ]

better than this is not possible

(x^2)^-3 = 1/x^6

x ^-2 = 1/x^2

1/x^2 / 1/x^6 = x^4 <--------------------answer
