I think it is (3x^3 y^2 z^4)^4

because

(3x^3)^4=81x^12
and
(y^2)^4=y^8
and
(z^4)^4=z^16

81 x^12 y^8 z^16=(3x^3y^2z^4)^4

3x^3y^2z^4

3^4=81
x^3 to the 4th power =12 for you multiply exponents
y^2 = 8
z^4 = 16 thus

81x^12y^8z^16
