He's dead.

His father was physically and mentally abusive and helped create a brutal man who was so paranoid he had his own family members killed.

What I see is stereotyping for your own purpose Here is my Republican answer to some of your rant / take it or leave it - I served in the military so while I may not agree with your opinion - I will defend your right to say it . I only pray you give me the say right. (1) There is no reason for people to expect a free ride when there a many government programs that cover everything from health care to education all that is ask in return is that they attempt to make a better life for themselves . (2) Waterboading is not torture - if it was there are US troops that have been suffering through it silently for years. The troops aren't that gullible especially with the internet . (3)The current debt is higher than it has ever been & that is without adding in Iraq . Guess what we are still there and Obama is president - yeah Bush got us there but Obama campaigned that he would have us out ASAP (which is now 2011 or beyond) (4) I am a Christian - I believe in the teachings of the bible.... I also served in the military under "Don't Ask / Don't Tell" I also am a gun owner that went through all the paperwork, background checks and expense to do every phase of it legally. (5) I hate no one - sorry to disappoint you. (6) I didn't vote for Mr Obama during the election as I did an extent amount of research on his voting records , political stance & live interviews . I defended Mr Obama's points even when I did not agree with him. Remember these famously quoted words while you rally against the Republicans right to disagree ............. "I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. We should stand up and say, we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration!!" ~Hint - Hillary Clinton~

there are no mistakes in life only lessons to be learned.
saddam was meant to be the same as you and i.
he made some bad choices just like we have and i doubt that he had any regrets because he enjoyed being a dictator.
all countries deserve what they get, yep all the citizens pay the price either good or bad and no one is exempt, for either we are all part of the solution to a better life or we are part of the problem, the choice is ours to make.
personally i think saddam was a very handsome man in the looks department and he lived tough life, he made life tough for others and he died with dignity , which is more than he deserved. just my 2cents

Well if people think that Saddam is a bad guy and that he deserve to be hanged like what just happened, what do you guys think about Bush? He is mean too, doesn't he deserve the same punishment? Just my opinion...

He made 1 huge mistake..
he didnt lobby hard in the US congress like Saudi Arabia and Israel

All cluster bombs used on civillians, illegal occupation, 9/11 hijackers, and royal family blowing up wtc would be erased or its not a problem if he just "LOBBY" or what 3rd world countries call it "Bribes".

Eventhough, he was a brutal man. I still take into consideration what I have been taught, from Yahweh/God/Jehovah and His Son Yeshua/Jesus Christ.

"Love your enemy and pray for those who persecute you."

May Yahweh have mercy on Saddam's soul?!?

Not much to say about Saddam.
He came
He lived
He screwed up
He's gone.
End of the story.

He was convicted of war crimes and hanged. Nothing interesting about being a mass murderer.
