I love it, my uncle is named Robert Lee

I have some relatives named Robert Lee. It flows nicely and will grow with him nicely.
It is important to pick the right nickname for Robert though. I aam not a fan of Bobby or Bob. Always go with Robby or Rob. :)
A little boy I know is one and they call him Dobbers. lol So cute. Another little boy I know goes by Robs and I think that is adorable.
Of course I think of Robert E Lee but that isn't a big deal. Too common of a name to matter.

Well to be honest it is to original. But if your like it use it. Have you thought about Jonathan Robert Lee. That way you will have it in the name. Hope you like this answer.

The name Robert Lee is a fine name for a boy
The only thing is that I think of Rober E Lee

It sounds too much like Robert E Lee.... he could get teased for that.
Probably not really a big deal though so if you like then you should do it.

I actually like it for the common names, and when he's young you can call him "Robby", or "Bobby" like my cousin's name. Names that are too "boring" are (in my opnion): David, Paul, Samuel, Thomas, and George. Robert is safe but still a nice, classic name. Good choice!
