In 2002 my husband died in 2004 I found it necessary to quit my job to care for my daughter. Since then I have not been able to find health care insurance for my daughter and myself. The lack of healthcare is causing her health to deteriorate. It has caused me to rent my house out in order to pay mortgage then the renters didn't pay so now its being autioned off and in foreclosure. As far as I know I have tried everything.

Have you tried applying for a medical card at your local welfare office? Can you collect your husband's social security? Does your daughter have a serious illness? Is your daughter a child or an adult? There are a lot of community health centers that will bill you according to your income. If she's that sick, you need to try everything you can. If you're unemployed, I'm sure you could get a medical card for her if she's a child. If she's an adult, she could get one for herself and so could you.

I’m not sure what state you live in, for instance Illinois has this thing called Kid Care where you can get free or almost free health and dental care for children. Contact your local human services dept to find out details.

State assistance? I know people hate to go on it, but it sounds like you are in a dire situation and need help quickly. Is the difficulty in getting insurance due to your daughter's illness?

I would go to the nearest big city, and go to the public health clinic, using an alias.

Looks like welfare is in your future. Instead of being a productive citizen since you lost your husband, you've made it necessary to put you and your daughter on society's payroll! Congrats!!

Medi-Cal would be a good option. They go based on your income.
