I don't want to spoil too much for you, but I would have loved to see the end montage of events actually acted out. THOSE plotlines actually looked good. That being said, the show was coasting on its past success and suffered for it, so I'm glad to see it put out of its misery (and I couldn't even watch it after the 2nd season, Mischa Barton sucked the life out of every actor on screen). After watching the last episode, I have to say I'll miss Julie. She changed so much since I last watched- and for the better. Plus, the actress played her really well.

i was really attached to the show. I was exited about the last episode but stilll sad that i would never see ryan, taylor ,seth summer, or any of the characters again. But when it came to see it from a 1 -10 it was an 8 because ryan and taylor broke up and the problems that they all had in life turned out to be just o.k.not great or anything. But i finally realized it was over and was pretty depressed that i realized that its just over (like that) and i mean so fast. Although i felt like crying i'll always remember that show as #1. I really liked the last part where ryan asks a lonely kid if he needed help and i just felt my heart fill with tears because thats how he (ryan) ended up being with the coens. After the show i felt a little bit like theres no piont to life anymore but i think i'll get all 4 seasons so that i can always have the o.c with me. Anyways im right just so depressed about the show. And i cant stop thinking about it! I wish that it never ended because now fox took one of my favorite shows from my heart. And now im pissed off that there adding new stupid shows that are going to replace the o.c. I'll miss everything about that show. And they were all my favorite actors now its the end. Huhhhhhhhhh!!

I have to admit, I wasn't too excited to watch the episode so I recorded it and watched Grey's anatomy instead. Then I watched it and everything just immediately hit me. I'll be honest and say that I cried the entire episode. Not giving anything away, it's just thinking back about everything that has happened on the show and just thinking that it's actually over; it was really sad. So, at first I thought i wouldn't care that it was over since season 4 definitely hadn't been my favorite but after watching last night's episode, I'm definitely sad to see it go. It had been my favorite show since the beginning and I remember everything about the day I saw the pilot. It's just sad thinking I'll never see a new episode again.

I watch the very first 3 or 4 episodes of the OC when it first started and thought wow this is going to be a great show ... then ... it all fell into the sooooooo expected predictable rich life, with rich kids living the fake life with the huge houses, the drugs, the cars, the girls and nothing of real value like true love, respect, humility education etc . so I dropped the show and never felt so good.
Not a lose.

I watched the first episode or two and just saw it as a new version of 90210. It was pretty lame, although the blonde girl would probably be good in a movie.

I don't care I guess, because i had totally forgot about it until they kept showing the previews for the last show (which I didn't even watch)
I loved that show in the past. Was Mischa Barton still in it, I didn't see her in the clips?
