Definitely. I would be grateful for this gift and not misuse it. I believe in Karma, and also my own conscience wouldn't let me do something I would not be able to justify in my heart

Depends on what you think is wise.
For the seeing into the future, I would try to save someone, but not tell them about it [imagine knowing that you would be in a car crash a week from now] and as for the healing, of course I would use it.
Any healing is wise.
