Hey everyone, I'm looking to start my career and a life in the "realworld". I want to live in a large city near the ocean, native english speaking country, beautiful parks in the area, nice temperatures warm in summer and cool in winter-but not cold cold. A place where I can still drive my car, nice neighborhoods to walk at night and feel safe. A place with low crime and where I won't feel out of place as a white caucasion female. The world is endless to possibilities for me but I'd like some help on where to find my perfect place. Thanks guys for the help! :)

I think Toronto, Canada is an excellent city for a white caucasian female because:
a) it's pretty clean
b) a lot of people are really polite
c) it's very multi-cultural, so you can find everything here
d) it has one of the lowest crime rates in North America for a city with greater than a million people
e) land is relatively cheap in Toronto compared to cities of its size
f) People here speak English
g) It's relatively large
h) its really warm in the summers
i) if you can afford 'em nice no-crime neighbourhoods are situated extremely close to the downtown core (Roncesvalles, Cabbagetown, The Beach, etc)
j) Outside of the entertainment distrcit and parts of yonge street, there is very little crime in downton toronto at night
k) Depending on where you live, you can drive your car. If you buy/rent a place in downtown toronto, you wont need a car.

The only downsides are:
1) its not next to an ocean
2) winters can be brutal
3) everything closes at 2 or 3 am except for a few 24-hour convenience stores

Try Australia,it has every thing that you dream of. Large cities near the ocean,it not a dream it`s reality, large parking every where, temperature beautiful one day, perfect the next. Australia is still one of the most beautiful place that anyone can dream of it in the world. The only perfect place that can be perfect for everyone in heaven. Good luck

San Francisco, CA. TONS of shopping, beautiful parks, stylish people, hundreds of different cultures, near Berkeley the funkiest college town in the world, SO many museums and shops and book stores. Lots of big company's have corporate offices out there. Not to mention it's just plain a gorgeous city. Downfall is it's pretty steep. The average rental is about $1000/month and the average mortgage on a condo (one bedroom) is about $2800 a month. Totally worht it.

San Francisco is great, near the ocean, beautiful parks, great cultural events, multi-ethnic cultures. If you can't cope with different lifestyles, and homsexuality, then move to Wyoming, North Dakota, Alaska or the moon.
