All of a sudden my toolbar (the address bar and back buttons etc.) at the top of internet explorer started rolling up and disappearing every time I move my mouse away from it. I find this terribly annoying, how do I stop it from doing this?

point your mouse to the tool bars and right click and select LOCK TOOLBARS. theys should stop moving. you might also have a virus on your computer. initiate a thorough scan for viruses.

I assume you are using Windows XP
If so do this...move the mouse to the bottom of the screen until the toolbar shows up and right click on it
Go to properties and uncheck auto hide the taskbar
Right click on the toolbar again and choose lock the taskbar
That will stop the accidental changing of your prefered settings
Good Luck
